Your videos and GIFs

You retain any rights you hold in the videos you select and the GIFs you create. Conversion does not grant rights to someone else’s content. Use material you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise entitled to use.

No public upload library

VideoIntoGIF processes selected files locally. It does not host or publish a gallery of user videos or GIFs and cannot remove copies that users share on other services.

Software and demo materials

The converter uses FFmpeg and ffmpeg.wasm, together with other open-source libraries. License information and source references are provided in the third-party notices. These notices do not replace the upstream license terms.

The opening flower demonstration comes from the MDN CC0 sample. Demo attribution does not describe or license any video that you select yourself.
